DocScore AI is an AI-powered document analysis platform designed to review, analyze, and provide automated insights on documents across multiple sectors, including but not limited to legal, business, finance, HR, real estate, education, and policy documents.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You represent that you have the legal authority to upload and analyze any document you submit.
• You are solely responsible for:
  • The accuracy of uploaded documents
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws
  • How you use the outputs generated by DocScore AI

3. No Legal, Professional, or Regulatory Advice

DocScore AI:

• Does not replace lawyers, consultants, auditors, or professionals
• Does not create an attorney-client relationship
• Does not guarantee legal validity, enforceability, or compliance

All outputs are:

• Generated using automated AI systems
• Provided for informational and decision-support purposes only

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated analysis may:

• Contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• Be incomplete or outdated
• Outputs are probabilistic, not deterministic

DocScore AI does not warrant accuracy, completeness, or suitability. You use AI outputs entirely at your own risk.

5. User Content & Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of documents you upload (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant LegalParihar a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process the content solely to provide the Service.

5.2 Confidentiality

We do not claim ownership of your documents. However, we are not responsible for sensitive data uploaded by users. You should not upload documents if prohibited by law or contractual obligations.

5.3 Data Usage

Documents may be processed using third-party AI providers. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to improve the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Upload documents without proper authorization
• Use the Service for fraud, misrepresentation, or automated decision-making where prohibited by law
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform
• Rely on outputs as final or binding advice

7. Compliance Scores & Risk Ratings Disclaimer

Any compliance score, risk indicator, or document rating is:

• Indicative only
• Not a certification, approval, or legal determination
• Subject to interpretation and contextual review

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party APIs, AI models, hosting providers, or tools. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. We disclaim liability arising from third-party failures.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We may modify or discontinue features or suspend access without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalParihar shall NOT be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business, or reputation
• Reliance on AI-generated outputs
• Decisions made using the Service

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 3 months, or USD $100, whichever is lower.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LegalParihar, its founders, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, uploaded documents, violation of laws or third-party rights, or reliance on AI outputs.

12. Intellectual Property

DocScore AI software, branding, UI, prompts, and workflows are owned by LegalParihar. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, misuse, or abuse, or at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Satna, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Global Use & Local Law Compliance

The Service is intended for global use. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws, regulations, and professional standards. We make no representation that the Service is lawful or appropriate in all jurisdictions.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
